Privacy Policy

The short version

This site asks you for nothing. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms and no newsletter, we run no analytics, and we set no cookies. You can read every page here without telling us who you are.

Who we are

Gursoy Digital Solutions, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operates gursoydigital.com and is responsible for this policy. You can reach us at contact@gursoydigital.com.

What our host records

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's servers keep standard access logs: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time of the request and your browser's user-agent string. Those logs exist to serve the site and keep it secure.

We do not combine them with anything else, and we do not use them to work out who you are. Netlify's own policy is at netlify.com/privacy.

What other companies receive

The typefaces are served from this site itself, so simply opening a page sends nothing to Google or any other font service.

The store social profiles and Google Play listings are ordinary links. We do not embed social feeds, videos or third-party illustration images. These services receive your visit when you choose to follow a link to them.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

External sites may set cookies under their own policies when you visit them by following a link.

Links and purchases

Links to Etsy, Google Play and the Kept & Ready social profiles lead to external services with their own privacy practices. Once you arrive, their privacy policies and cookie banners apply instead of this one, and what you do there is not visible to us.

Buying from the Kept & Ready shop happens entirely on Etsy. Etsy takes the payment and delivers the files; this site never sees your name, address or payment details.

If you email us

If you write to us we will have your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and for nothing else. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we delete correspondence once it is no longer needed.

Our apps

The mobile apps are separate from this website and collect different things. Each has its own policy, listed at the bottom of this page, and this policy does not cover them.

Children

This site is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. In practice we hold none, so there is usually nothing to act on — but if you believe otherwise, email us and we will look into it and tell you what we find.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date shown at the top of the page. We will not make a change that applies retroactively to information already collected under an earlier version.
